Flanagan Builders, a family owned construction
business since 1948, providing new homes to many
families in Northwest Ohio. We have been
selling off-site constructed housing, Crest Homes,
since 1993. We dedicate ourselves to the
complete satisfaction of our customers. We
seek to achieve product quality, reliability, safety
and attractiveness at an affordable price.
Our Model
Home Center is located at 1305 Elida Avenue in
Delphos, OH. We have 2 homes on currently on
display. Below is a schedule of when our homes
are open for viewing:
Monday
- Thursday: 11am - 5pm
Friday: 12pm - 5pm
Saturday: 11am - 3pm

Crest Homes offers
a factory tour every Saturday, (closed Holiday
weekends) in Middlebury, IN. Interested
customers can view the building process and walk
through four model homes. They also receive a
$1000 rebate touring the Model Center.
